You’ll be able to meet west-central Wisconsin authors – including yours truly – at the Author Meet & Mingle on Tuesday, May 12, at the LE Phillips Memorial Library in downtown Eau Claire, Wis.
The event, cohosted by the Friends of the Library and the Wisconsin Historical Society, is part of the Wisconsin History Tour. Prior to the event, a Writers Forum, featuring Michael Perry, Jerry Apps, and John Hildebrand, will be held across the street at the Eau Claire Regional Arts Center (The State Theater) beginning at 10 a.m. Other events are planned following the Author Meet & Mingle.
Books from Wisconsin authors will be available for sale at the Author Meet & Mingle, with 10 percent of the proceeds going to The Friends of the Library. The Author Meet & Mingle runs from noon to 1 p.m.
Need an editor? Having your book, business document or academic paper proofread or edited before submitting it can prove invaluable. In an economic climate where you face heavy competition, your writing needs a second eye to give you the edge. Whether you come from a big city like El Paso, Texas, or a small town like Wanderoos, Wisconsin, I can provide that second eye.
